Support
Walter IT Solutions provide our customers with the Standard Support agreement which includes unlimited support for fixing of bugs, as well as software updates and platform upgrades during an agreed period of time, from the system launch. This service is always included in project price.
After standard support period is over, Walter IT Solution will provide customer, if customer wish so, with the Extended Support on yearly basis that will include modifications to original product, upgrades and/or training and more.
Our support includes following services:

- Web Support
- Telephone or e-mail support
- Issue tracking
Phone support is delivered during business hours, unless otherwise is specified in the concrete offer or contract. Web Support is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.
